Ring doorbell camera located by the front door that may record video and audio.
Cleaning and odor removal fees will be assessed if there's evidence of a pet or smoking.
Beach towels are not provided, and linens may not be taken from the unit.
No daily housekeeping service.
The owner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur while on the premises.
Exercise caution while using bunk beds and use at your own risk.
Beach items are use at your own risk and items cannot be guaranteed due to guest use. Please replace anything that you lose or damage.
Damages must be reported to the owner before checkout.
Do not sign out of any of the tech devices, physically disconnect them (including router), or unlink them from their accounts, i.e., Roku, Sensi Thermostat, Ring Camera, Smart Lock, etc. Guests are responsible for tech repair fees.
Do not put sandy clothes or towels in washer or dryer. Guests are responsible for damages to appliances.
Pest control and maintenance must be allowed entry to the unit as needed. As of August 2025, preventative spraying of the interior of each unit and the exterior occurs on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.

2 FREE parking passes will be provided. Ask about additional parking nearby.
Parking is limited and there are no assigned parking spaces.
Motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, and campers are not permitted to park in the parking lot per HOA rules.
